Tsultrim Dolma was 10 when she joined Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts. After 45 years in TIPA, when all her peers have left abroad, she continues to serve.

She is also a familiar face in several Tibetan films, playing the role of mother.

In this interview, which is part of the Women of Tibet series by Voice of Tibet, Tsultrim Dolma shares her story as an artist and a mother raising nine children in the difficult early years of exile.
