Tenzin Yangzom, the winner of Miss Tibet 2014, represented Tibet in the first edition of “Mannapuram Miss Asia’ beauty pageant held on 18 August at Le meridian, Kochi, Kerala, India.

The pageant, which was won by Kanika Kapoor of India , had contestants from 13 countries. Tenzin won the title of Miss Viewer’s Choice.
Tenzin, a former student of Christ University in Bangalore, is a teacher at Palkhang Academy, a school run by her parents in Sikkim and also takes up modeling assignments. In future, she would like to pursue School Management for further studies.
