Tibetan Bodybuilders shining at competitions
Tibetan Bodybuilder’s community had a promising beginning this year with some of them putting up impressive performances at Bodybuilding competitions in the month of March.
Here are some of them:
Delhi’s Khado Mangra competed in Mr Delhi Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship at New Delhi.
Itanagar’s Tenzin Choelodo, studying at Manipal University, won Gold medal at Mr Manipal Univeristy competition held at the university.
Lobsang and Tenzin Choephel both from Utah competed in Men’s Physique at NPC Utah March 2016
Apart from these young men, there are other Tibetan Bodybuilders like Palden Digkhang, Sangyal Phurtag, Tenzin Jamyang and Lopsang Dokpatsang who competed at Bodybuilding competitions in the past and gearing up for the next competition.

I don’t understand why Lopsang Dokpatsang isn’t more well-known. He’s the best body builder of all.-
