US-based filmmaker Tsering Dhondup’s debut feature film, Mystic Mountain, had its New York Premiere at Kaufman Astoria on 13^th September.

The film is a psychological thriller in a mysterious Himalayan village, involving a young Tibetan warrior’s search for his father’s missing body.

The film was shot in Mustang, Nepal in 2013 and its post production cost $30,344 was successfully raised through Kickstarter.com
