Chithue Yeshi Dolma is one of the longest serving member of Tibetan Parliament in Exile (TPiE),  serving several terms. While many Chithue comes under the spotlight for speaking way too much in the Parliament, she has been a subject of public curiosity for not speaking.

When the Parliament was in session recently, Facebook user Tashi Phuntsok shared his curiosity. “I watched many of the Tibetan exile parliament sessions, but I never seen that lady stand and talk…” he wrote on his Facebook page.

But Chithue Yeshi Dolma is no longer silent.

On Day 4, when the Parliament had long and heated discussion over the annual report of Nangsi (Department of Home) which dragged through 8 pm,  she drew Nangsi’s  attention to some of her concerns.
