Tenzin Sangnyi is first runner-up of Miss Himalaya Pageant 2015
Nursing student Tenzin Sangnyi, a Tibetan living in Manali, won the first runner-up at the Miss Himalaya Pageant 2015 held in Dharamsala on 4rth October.
Tanshuman Gurung, 22, from Uttarakhand won the crown while Chum Darang, 24, from Arunachal Pradesh, won the second runner-up at the pageant which had six participants.

Initiated by Lobsang Wangyal Productions in 2012, The Miss Himalaya Pageant is aimed to provide a platform for young women from the entire Himalayan region to promote its culture, preserve its environment, and foster friendship among the Himalayan people.
