How Tibetans reacted to Sikyong dancing to Phur?

This short video clip of Sikyong Lobsang Sangay dancing to the Super hit song Phur went viral as soon as it surfaced online.  He is seen dancing with the local Tibetan Community after his successful three city official Australia tour in the second week of August 2017.
